We seek to fill the position of

Grants Coordinator Third-Party Funding (gn)

part-time (30 hours per week).

Your tasks

• Project management in compliance with funding rules, guidelines, and framework conditions
• Supporting the funding projects in accordance with grant, budget, procurement and administrative requirements
• Advising the faculty and PIs from university departments on all administrative and financial issues related to the application process and project implementation
• Budget management and preparation of calls for funds, reportings, and documents for external reviews and audits
• Coordination with the Legal department and HR department on the preparation of contracts, and with the Accounting department on cost bookings and tax implications
• Monitoring of project budgets and project personnel plannings in the BI-tool jedox
• General TPF-management and administrative tasks

Your profile

• University degree with Master's degree or comparable
• 3+ years professional experience in science management or comparable tasks
• Knowledge of national and international funding programs from e.g. DAAD or EU
• Very good knowledge of Excel and basic business skills
• Ability to work with international and interdisciplinary teams
• Structured and independent way of working, also in complex settings
• Very good communication skills and a confident manner
• Business fluent in written and spoken English and/or German; B2 German skills are required for the portfolio
