WHAT YOU’LL DO

Attracting the best minds to BCG is the goal of our work. Are you hands-on, well-organized, and a true people person? Then join our team as a Recruiting and Event Management Intern (all genders) and help us attract outstanding candidates to BCG.

You'll support the Talent Retention Team for a period of six months starting in March 2026, contributing across a wide range of activities. You'll be involved in planning, organizing, and executing various recruiting events and activities, helping to ensure smooth processes and an exceptional candidate experience. This includes reviewing and processing applications, updating our applicant tracking system, and communicating with candidates. You'll also take on smaller projects related to recruiting topics, conduct research, and support administrative tasks. With a focus on operational excellence and a high work pace, you'll take full ownership of your area of responsibility.

YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be part of our Talent Retention Team based in Munich and Düsseldorf. Our team culture is defined by collaboration, mutual respect, and trust. You’ll report to the responsible Recruiting Manager, who will support and guide you throughout your internship. From day one, you’ll take ownership of your own areas of responsibility while benefiting from the experience and support of your colleagues.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

• You are open-minded, enjoy engaging with people, and know how to inspire candidates about BCG. A strong service and sales orientation comes naturally to you.
• You value collaboration and enjoy working toward shared team goals.
• You are reliable and known for your structured, independent working style. You take ownership, set high standards for yourself and your work, and proactively drive topics forward.
• With strong communication skills and an empathetic approach, you confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Trustworthiness and discretion are second nature to you.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS)

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program (ideally in business, communications, media studies, marketing, human resources, or a related field).
• You have a strong interest in recruiting and event management.
• You would describe yourself as highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent coordination skills and a strong service mindset.
• Ideally, you have gained some initial professional experience through internships or volunteer work.
• You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent German and very good English skills complete your profile.
