What You´ll Do:

  • Manage national and international customer orders and accounts
  • Act as the interface between customers and the company
  • Coordinate the services, pick-ups and exports with transport service providers
  • Receive and ship goods in compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Use ERP and CRM systems
  • Support general office administration and organization
  • Collaborating closely with Medix Biochemica HQ in Finland and other sites around the world

What We´re Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service and order management or equivalent tasks
  • Knowledge of packaging, shipping, and cargo practices
  • Strong IT and system skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in German and English
