In this role, you will develop, drive, and manage PR from strategy to implementation for our brands, products, and corporate interests. From the derivation of relevant PR goals, KPIs, and budgets to strategic planning with the brand managers and successful implementation with the PR agency, you are "in charge" and the single contact person for all internal and external stakeholders. With your passion and fresh ideas in brand experiences and storytelling, digital PR innovation, (social) media communication, and PR success measurement, you bring our PR to the next level holistically and contribute to our ambitious business and marketing goals. Together with the team, you will continue to adapt to the constant changes in our industry, developing yourself and the marketing department to drive successful growth.
Holistic responsibility of PR strategies and cross-media communication projects for our brands, products, and corporate PR, incl. planning, internal and external controlling, and target achievement / KPI tracking
Development and implementation of all traditional & digital product and brand PR measures and PR events, integrating influencer & social media, as well as external communication with multipliers in close cooperation with internal interfaces and external agencies
Supervision and responsibility of general PR tasks and tools, incl. corporate PR and CEO profiling, such as PR projects, press journeys, interviews, media contacts, press releases, newsletters, product test,s and crisis communications
Drive and lead the public relations agency, independent management of external service providers and partnership,s incl. marketing budget responsibility
Constant KPI and success tracking, visionary improvement, and development of PR
Successfully completed a degree in marketing, communications, or similar.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in PR / External Communications / Media Relations with a traditional and digital PR background.
Experience in working closely with various teams and managing external agencies.
Experience with relevant AI and digital platforms and tools, e.g., Gemini, Google Analytics, Brandwatch, Newsrooms
Strategic thinking, passion for our brands, digital native, innovative
Creative mindset, digital affinity, and enthusiasm for new trends such as AI, GEO, and hyper-personalized content
Strong initiative, ownership, and the ability to work in flat structures + with HQs
Resilient, creative, well organized, willing to drive change
Fluent in German and English
