Your Tasks

The Risk Oversight team is responsible for operational risk management and control in Stellantis Financial Services in France and other markets. Besides acting as second line of defense on the operational risk management and permanent control framework, team closely steers the remaining operation, tackling any operational, vendor management and project duties that might arise.

The main team’s responsibilities encompass reporting, preparation of committee materials and management updates, preparation of / reporting to different operational and risk committees running of BAU and management of operational incidents, projects and risk assessments.

• Assist in the preparation of regular or ad-hoc reports for local committees
• Quality review and follow up of operational matters with the appropriate teams
• Analyse scenarios and provide proposals for the decision makers
• Assist by running data dives with the available information to allow decision on key risk and operational matters
• Monitor and forecast portfolio exposures
• Act as bridge between team, providers and internal parties to cover regulatory requirements, operational needs and any key duties within timeline
• Track and monitor action plans
• Run operational workaround duties, regular tasks and controls
• Coordinate and assist with French language when needed in exchanges/sessions between multilingual background teams when needed

Your Profile

• Required Degree: Bachelor
• good knowledge of MS tools
• Outstanding excel skills (ie. Macro); Python programming language appreciated but not a must
• French and English speaker (native level)
• Good analytical skills and interest in operational risk topics
• Self-starter, able to operate independently as well as in a team
• Ability to actively handle multiple deliverables and changig priorities
