Gastrolux A/S is a Danish cookware manufacturer known for premium non-stick technology, Danish craftsmanship, and uncompromising quality. We are looking for a hands-on Amazon & E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow all Gastrolux brands on Amazon and across our digital channels. This position suits a mid-level professional who thrives on ownership, structure, and measurable results.
Tasks
AMAZON:
Operate and optimize Amazon Seller Central across all active markets.
Create, improve, and maintain product listings, titles, bullet points, and descriptions in English and German.
Develop and execute advanced keyword and ranking strategies for stronger organic visibility and sales growth.
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns with full control of ACOS, ROAS, and ad spend efficiency.
Manage reviews, ratings, and brand presentation to strengthen performance and reputation.
Conduct ongoing competitor benchmarking and market research to identify new opportunities.
Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management.
E-COMMERCE AND WEBSHOP:
Manage and develop the German webshop to ensure product accuracy, stock availability, and optimized pricing.
Analyze webshop performance data to improve conversion rates and customer journey.
Plan and coordinate online campaigns and seasonal activities that drive direct sales.
Optimize category structure, product presentation, and written content for clarity and conversion.
Integrate social media and digital marketing activity with webshop campaigns to create consistent growth.
ANALYTICS AND GROWTH:
Use Helium10, Seller Board, and analytical tools to monitor sales, profitability, and rankings.
Present monthly performance insights with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Propose data-driven strategies to strengthen both Amazon and webshop results month over month.
Profile
Proven hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Deep understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, and Amazon ranking mechanisms.
Skilled at managing and optimizing advertising budgets for growth and profitability.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Experience with webshop management and digital marketing campaigns.
Familiar with social media and how it supports e-commerce visibility and sales.
Native German speaker, and fluent in English.
Confident user of Helium10 and Seller Board.
Structured, detail-oriented, and motivated by achieving measurable commercial success.

Additional Information
Travel required: 0% domestically.
You will be employed directly by Gastrolux GmbH in Steffenberg, Germany, managing the full Amazon operation for all Gastrolux brands. Our current Amazon markets are Germany and the United Kingdom, and we plan to expand into additional European markets under your guidance.
A working proficiency in German is mandatory, as you will manage listings, analytics, and customer-facing content in both English and German.
In addition to Amazon, you will manage our German online shop at shop.gastrolux-shop.de, taking full responsibility for its commercial performance. You will ensure that the webshop operates efficiently, provides an excellent user experience, and continuously grows sales. This includes optimizing product assortment, pricing, promotions, and content, while aligning visual identity and messaging with overall brand strategy.
