Wir gehören zu den am schnellsten wachsenden Distributoren in Europa und bieten eine breite Auswahl an elektronischen, elektromechanischen und industriellen Automatisierungskomponenten sowie Werkstatausrüstung.

Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Vertriebsinnendienst in Vollzeit an unserem Standort in Leipzig

Ihr Profil:

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium
• Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst von Vorteil
• Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP-Erfahrung vorteilhaft
• Gute Englischkenntnisse (B1-B2)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Anfragen, Reklamationen sowie Angebotserstellung
• Betreuung unserer Kunden per E-Mail und am Telefon
• Pflege und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
• Unterstützung unserer Außendienstmitarbeiter
• Verwirklichung persönlicher und der Teamverkaufsziele
• Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Zentrale auf Englisch
