Your tasks

Your Impact

You will be part of a critical team that ensures life-saving technology can be manufactured reliably and consistently. You will work with a team of talented manufacturing engineers to support the equipment, processes and personnel in our manufacturing facility for Axon’s body camera devices

What You’ll

• Supervise and develop production team members to achieve daily and weekly output targets.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor key production metrics such as throughput, yield, and efficiency, identifying and resolving performance issues.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality functions o drive continuous improvement in process capability and reliability.
• Coordinate daily production planning, resource allocation, and material readiness to meet delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations to foster engagement and accountability.
• Manage limited production control activities.
• Champion Axon’s culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence

What You

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop production teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and lean principles.
• Proven ability to analyze production data and drive improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and German required

Reports to: Sr. Director, Manufacturing

This role is based out of our Dietzenbach office and follows an on-site schedule to support production operations. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-person culture fosters teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.
