We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) to join our Client Care Operations department and support the team with maintaining master data and supply planning activities for spare parts.

This is a fulltime internship position for a duration of 6 months, requiring presence in our office in Cologne.

Your tasks

• Support with the maintenance of material master data for spare parts in case of replacements, discontinued materials and launches
• Support with daily replenishment orders globally for stores, workshops and local hubs
• Support with weekly and monthly tasks such as backorder management, franchise ordering, etc.
• Coordinate BOM modifications and other supporting activities in our Repair Management System (RMS)

Your profile

• Close to graduation of your studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering or similar fields
• First working experience in Supply chain & Logistics, master data management is a plus
• First experience in working with Microsoft tools, especially Excel
• Self-driven, able to work independently and proactive in setting priorities
• Good communication skills, positive attitude and strong team player
• Open minded (work with different nationalities and departments)
• Synthetic and well-structured mindset
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
