Our Product Competence Center Esslingen is a key part of TK Elevator’s global innovation network. On 33,000 square meters, we bring together development, production, testing facilities, and customer experience under one roof. Around 400 employees develop, manufacture, test, and qualify cutting-edge elevator technologies here – including the smart and eco-efficient EOX platform.

Our modern training workshop allows us to educate and develop new talent at the highest quality level. In addition, we operate a fully digitalized spare parts warehouse of 5,700 square meters, supporting the maintenance of more than 250,000 elevators and escalators in TK Elevator’s global service network

What we expect

Support department with expert knowledge for HighRise towers globally:

• Major Project support (technical expertise) and with direct customer exposure together with TKE Field teams to give consulting advice internally in TK Elevator but also externally to Architects, Consultants, Investors, Promotors worldwide
• Interface to external consultants, famous architects and major projects engineering offices
• Adviser and influencer for project specifications in a very early stage
• Internal consultants for the highRise sales force worldwide for HighRise projects
• Traffic simulation and building traffic concepts for NI and MOD Projects
• Traffic surveys in existing buildings for HighRise
• Layout planning and technical feasibility studies
• Elaboration of vertical HighRise solutions with high speed single deck elevators, Twin and DD
• Feasibility studies and special solutions adviser and in this regard also the interface to R&D and PLM
• Elaboration of Shaft Climber (Jump lift) solutions
• Energy consumption simulations and calculations & Life-cycle cost prediction
• Training workshops for traffic analysis trainings in cooperation with SEED

Who we are looking for

In this exciting role, you will combine your technical and commercial expertise with strong communication skills. You will collaborate closely with highly skilled customers, consultants, architects, and investors worldwide, positioning yourself as a trusted partner and expert for HighRise projects.

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the elevator business
• Smart and strong customer orientation
• Deep product knowledge (Elevators) and engineering knowledge
• HighRise relevant consulting knowledge (traffic analysis, energy consumption analysis, technical knowledge of HighRise components, technical feasibility studies)
• Presentation skills on international level and smart and autonomous behavior in front of high-level customers, planners, architects, investors
• Good knowledge in the relevant elevator Norms & Regulations (EN 81-20/50, ASME, PUBL, ISO Norms, …) and local regulations (example: Fire regulations) worldwide
• Strong customer orientation and support/service orientation
• Language skills: Fluent in English is a must, fluently in other global language is preferred
• Smart Team player with multinational and often changing teams
• Excellent analytical skills
• Process orientation and with profound project management record
