At ZAUBAR, we reimagine how people experience the world. We build spatial storytelling experiences, holographic agents, and AI‑driven voicebots that overlay 3D digital graphics onto the real world.
In other words, our augmented reality work blends digital and physical elements so seamlessly that users perceive them as part of their environment.
We're looking for a communication-driven UI/UX designer who moves comfortably between words, images, gestures, and code — and can shape how our real-time AI agents “speak” across screens, space, and sensory input.

Tasks
What You’ll Do
Design Across Realities
Design not just interfaces, but experiences of communication — across 2D UI, spatial layouts, and embodied AI agent interactions.
Develop voice, tone, timing, and pacing guidelines for AI agents that reflect brand, audience, and spatial context.
Execute client- and project-driven experiences that feel, work and lookamazing.
Prototype, Iterate, Refine
Jump from napkin sketch to polished Figma prototype — or build interactive flows right inside Unity or Vue.
Contribute to our internal design language for AI+AR, including layout principles, icon systems, and spatial behavior logic.
Develop iconography, visual metaphors, and spatial gestures that communicate complex actions in simple cues
Collaborate & Implement
Work side‑by‑side with Unity, web and backend developers to translate designs into pixel‑perfect, spatially aware interfaces.
Make feedback loops intuitive so users feel guided — not overwhelmed — when interacting with intelligent systems.
Occasionally hop yourself on the engineering wagon and finish or polish frontend features.

1+ years designing for AI agents: whether voicebots, avatars, or conversational interfaces with visual expression
3+ years designing SaaS platforms: you can handle dashboards, data viz, user roles, and scalable design systems
Deep understanding of communication design principles — from visual hierarchy and information pacing to tone of voice and semiotics
Strong portfolio of shipped digital products — ideally with multimodal or cross-platform experiences that combine clarity with character
Comfortable prototyping in Unity or Figma to build and test interactive spatial UI flows
You think in systems: style guides, motion languages, visual grammars, and interaction rulesets
