What awaits you at Mynaric

• Operate CNC turning machines independently and efficiently
• Load materials and parts, prepare test runs, and oversee production cycles
• Read CAD drawings and apply basic GD&T principles
• Adjust machine settings as needed to optimize quality and output
• Inspect, measure, and document finished products
• Perform daily machine checks and routine maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with 5S principles
• Proactively identify issues, solve problems, and contribute to process improvements
• Flexibility to work in shifts as required

What you bring with you

• Prior experience in CNC turning or completed technical education/apprenticeship preferred
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Familiarity with measuring and inspection tools is an advantage
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel)
• Effective teamwork and communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
