Your tasks

- Protocol Development: Implement and evaluate routing and MAC layer protocols on SDR platforms

- System Integration: Configure and integrate Mobile Ad-Hoc Network concepts on SDRs hardware

- Performance Evaluation: Design and conduct experiments to assess protocol performance

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze results and contribute to research documentation

- Collaborative Research: Work closely with the team and university research chairs on project goals

Your qualifications

- Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field; currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline

- Deep understanding of Software Defined Radios and routing protocols

- Excellent programming skills in C and Python

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Fluent in English, basics in German
