Job Description

Start date: 01.10.2025

Duration: 12- 24 months

Working hours: 20 h/week; up to 37,5 h/week during lecture free period possible

Workplace: Office in Düsseldorf

What you´ll do:

• Support our Global Quality Assurance team in Supply Chain Management and Food Service Distribution (FSD)
• Help implement METRO standards across FSD companies and contribute to QA projects
• Assist in reviewing QA documentation and preparing reports
• Validate and cross-check data across internal systems
• Collect and analyze data using Excel and internal tools

Qualifications

• You’re enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Quality Management, or another food-related science
• You enjoy working with data and have a keen eye for detail
• You’re a team player, open to learning, and able to manage multiple tasks
• You’re proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• You communicate fluently in English
