Your daily workout:
Vision: You develop and execute a clear software vision for our main training floor product and continuously bring it to the next level
Innovation: You live for innovation and constantly look for new growth opportunities to create measurable impact for yourself, the team, the company and our partners
Advocacy: You put the end consumer first, acting as an ambassador for product development within the organization, while conducting data-driven development and improvement of our software capabilities in a consumer-centric approach
Prioritization: You lead teams of software engineers to deliver value to the customers
Communication: You feel comfortable communicating with different internal and external stakeholders, especially gym operators and gym–members
Strategy: You coordinate strategic approaches within the organization, find solutions for service cases and derive optimization opportunities
Your fitness level:
Experience: You have 3 years of experience in a Product Manager (m/f/d) role and the lateral leadership of agile teams
Expertise: You have experience in hardware and software product management, with hands-on experience involving physical products being a plus
Methodology: You have a well-founded knowledge and understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods and techniques
Communication: You are a talented and passionate communicator and you can explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way
Language: You have professional-level language skills in both German and English
Your training goal for your first 6 months:
Knowledge: You developed an outstanding understanding of our gym members' needs, desires, and problems to improve the product software experience
Roadmap: You created and aligned a clear product roadmap and goals for your team based on the product vision, opportunities and business needs
Understanding: You have a good grasp of the software components and their interactions within our connected ecosystem
Relationships: You are appreciated by and have built strong relationships with the development, product teams, and key stakeholders
