Einleitung

As Procurement Leader – Indirect, CapEx & MRO, you will have an overall responsibility for the Indirect categories portfolio of XSYS Global. You will contribute to the development of the global centralization strategy for indirect categories by managing XSYS business requirements with the support of external partnerships, negotiating short/medium/long term commercial agreements, executing procurement hard skills understanding supplier capabilities and internal operating procedures.

Ihre Aufgaben

•  Responsible for leading procurement processes in a cross functional environment.
• Implement cost reduction for Indirect expenses categories programs based on internal stakeholders requirements (locally or globally) in order to achieve Global budget for Indirect expenses at XSYS.
• Identify best contract approach, pricing model, and category management governance
• Complete formal market analysis to investigate market behaviors, trends and influences on the category requirement.
• Lead RFI’s, RFP’s, RFQs, supplier/source selection, negotiation and awarding best value
• Develop and maintain healthy collaborative relationships with internal business leaders to ensure indirect procurement is aligned with their business objectives.
• Administer and lead post-award supplier management/administration, including SRM, continuous improvement/transformation/innovation as required.
• Review and approve selected purchase orders to ensure accurate detail of equipment/service requirements.
• Provide Indirect Procurement reports to support communication with the leadership team on time and with the required quality standards to drive the visibility of data and analytics.
• Ensure that all material purchasing activities are in compliance with XSYS corporate policies and procedures.
• Comply with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company.
• Conduct supplier site visits and evaluate them as to production capability, performance, delivery, and other key business criteria. May support or lead supplier certification surveys as part of a technical and/or quality team.

Ihr Profil

• 3 years of demonstrated effectiveness as a Buyer or Senior Buyer in Indirects & CapEX and MRO Procurement roles
• Fluent in English and German
• Experience with Ariba catalogs and SAP
• Project management leadership capability in order to build, manage, and meet effective Procurement schedules
• Experienced negotiator, able to lead and communicate complex changes at different levels in the organization
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
• Collaborative and team oriented
• Ability to drive step change
• Willingness to travel upon business requirement
• Demonstrated understanding and execution of the entire procurement cycle
• Experience establishing/developing appropriately scaled SRM framework
