The Opportunity
Collaborate with global brands and agencies to revolutionize creative workflows with AI-powered content services.
Our approach emphasizes AI-first experimentation and extensive expertise in first-party and third-party AI models to develop new applications, platforms, and scalable patterns that optimize the GenAI-powered Content Supply Chain. We act as a continuous product innovation engine by incorporating customer solutions into the product roadmap for accelerated product-led growth.
As an AI Engagement Manager, you excel at guiding customer interactions, detailing business scenarios, aligning them with Adobe solutions, and accelerating value delivery.
What You'll Do:
Customer Leadership:
Lead large-scale creative and marketing operations transformations by harnessing Adobe's Generative AI solutions to drive organizational evolution.
Develop strong partnerships with essential customer partners through showcasing profound knowledge in innovative Al solutions and digital tactics tailored to the customer's business and goals.
Proactively handle customer issues and challenges, developing mitigation strategies before they impact project success or customer happiness
Build trust, confidence, and advocacy for the project/program team
Build executive communication cadences that showcase progress and value, and maintain enthusiasm for GenAI transformation efforts within a governance framework
Product Leadership:
Formulate inclusive GenAI and digital transformation strategies utilizing Adobe's generative Al technologies/first-party models and third-party models to address intricate business obstacles for enterprise customers
Collaborate with customer executives to define use cases, build requirements and specifications for Forward Deployed Engineers and Architects, lead solution configuration and deployment, drive adoption, and ensure business value realization
Lead workshops and sessions to help customers identify impactful opportunities for implementing generative AI
Build scalable frameworks that integrate generative AI capabilities into customers’ existing technology ecosystems and workflows
Develop proof-of-concept implementations showcasing the transformative potential of both first-party and third-party AI offerings
Value Realization and Adoption:
Partner with C-suite executives to articulate vision, establish success metrics, and secure ongoing dedication for transformation initiatives
Monitor implementation progress against business goals, adjusting strategies to overcome adoption barriers and improve value realization
Drive solution adoption through enablement sessions and demonstrations. Partner with Customer Success Managers and Enablement resources for comprehensive plans
What You Bring
4-10+ years of background in business consulting, digital strategy, agile pod-based software development lifecycle, enterprise software, AI/ML, cloud deployments, and data integration
Customer-Centricity: Always prioritizing the customer and their needs and expectations first in everything you do. You are exceptional at crafting a culture of customer-centricity among your team and your extended ecosystem.
Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients in multiple industries
Have a product & human-centric approach – be the intersection among business, strategy, compose, and technology
Passion for AI and understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, Express, Firefly, Firefly Services solutions, and GenStudio for Performance Marketing for the creation of content
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions preferred
Prior experience as Director of Creative Studio, Operations or Agency is a plus
Experience leading projects in Agile Scrum and commanding knowledge of various project and process applications (i.e., SharePoint, Jira, Workfront, Miro, Confluence, AI tools)
Ability to be adaptable and flexible as a product offering and GTM evolves
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for executive audiences
Strong analytical thinking with experience in quantifying business impact of technology investments
Proven skill in maneuvering through complex organizational dynamics and building consensus among diverse customers
Up to 30% customer related travel
