Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning are creating new opportunities across the Würth Group and we are actively shaping this future. Our International Big Data Team designs, builds and scales AI products that support more than 50 Würth Line Craft companies worldwide. As an AI Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in transforming business challenges into scalable AI solutions, bringing them from initial concept to global rollout. Your Responsibilities - Shaping the Future Together

• Translate complex business challenges into scalable data and AI products, guiding them from ideation to implementation. Use cases span pricing intelligence, sales rep activity planning and shop assortment optimization.
• Collaborate closely with business experts, data scientists, and engineers, applying agile methodologies to build high-quality solutions.
• Lead international pilots and rollouts, ensuring products generate measurable results such as top-line growth, stronger customer engagement and retention, and/or a higher share of wallet per customer.
• Work with external partners and third parties, including organizations like IPAI or UnternehmerTUM, to extend Würth's AI capabilities and unlock new value.
• Contribute your expertise to a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, integrity, and mutual responsibility.

Dein Profil

Your Profile - Growing Together

• Master's degree in a quantitative field, (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or related field).
• Ideally two to three years of professional experience as an AI product owner.
• Solid understanding of data preparation, modelling, analysis and visualization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies, SQL, Python and visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Foundational understanding of MLOps, DevOps or software engineering principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to operate across multiple cross-functional teams and an array of stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and high affinity for data.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a passion for innovation.
• Fluency in English. German language skills is a bonus.
