Your tasks

• Sie unterstützen Kolleg*innen beim Einsatz ihrer Mobilfunkgeräte.
• Sie betreuen insbesondere die Konzernführung bei der Nutzung ihrer iOS Geräte.
• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege der Mobilfunkdatenbank.
• Sie bereiten Mobilfunkverträge vor.
• Sie sind zuständig für die Ausgabe von Endgeräten.
• Sie betreuen die Administration unserer MDM Systeme (Optional).

Your profile

• Abgeschlossene Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit geschäftlichen Anwendungen auf mobilen Endgeräten sowie Verständnis für die Vertragliche Abwicklung bei Mobilfunkanschlüssen
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit iOS und Android Geräten inkl. Zero Touch und Knox Mobile Enrollment, sowie dem Apple Business Manager
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Ticket System Cherwell
• Fundierte Erfahrung mit iOS und Android Geräten (iOS Prio)
• Kenntnisse in Active Directory / Entra ID sowie Enterprise Mobility Management (Intune oder Ivanti Core)
