• Within our BI Consulting Team you are responsible to be as a Technical Lead and manage our BI development team with your Data Scientist and Analyst level knowledge at one of our World Wide known client.
• You will ensure that Business Intelligence Solutions are properly embedded into the application landscape and facilitate onboarding new interfaces by leading our near-shore team in Istanbul Turkey.
• You will interact closely with different business areas to solve production issues and provide assistance both to our client and to our development team.
• You are looking forward to explore the application landscape and technologies within the BI Consulting team
• You will analyse new business requirements, evaluate IT options and implement specialized software solutions within the market data domain.

Your profile

Your powerful skills

• You have minimum 6 years of experience at Data Engineering area
• Good communication skills and good stakeholder management experiences
• Experience in working in Scrum/Agile
• Highly numerate with strong attention to details
• Working experience on data lake, preferably with Databricks on Azure
• Ability to liaise with business resources to understand end requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Partner with Gaudi Data Manager on future roadmap / phases of the project
• Coordination skills
• Can do mentality
• Training and coaching people

Your technical skills

• Azure SQL server, Azure SQL server, Azure serverless servers, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL pool
• Azure Data Factory, Data flows, connecting to SAP, monitoring, integration runtime, variable and parameter uses, triggers
• Azure Keyvault, creation, usage, security, monitoring
• DevOps, Git, Version control and Automated deployments
• Data modelling, knowledge of, time series , 3NF, Kimball and Datavault, slowly changing dimensions
• Data lake experience
• T-SQL. Stored procedures, DML, DDL, and Dynamic SQL.
• Metadata solutions
• Json
• Active monitoring with alerts, e-mail and log analytics
• Azure cost optimization
• General data management and data governance
• Alteryx
• Power BI and DAX skills/experience
• SQL profiling and tuning

Your language skills

• Advanced level English in speaking, reading and writing
• Good to have a good level of German

Advantageous, but not a must

• Know-How on SAP Analytics Cloud
