We're scaling our Talent Acquisition team by adding the Sourcing function to support our ambitious growth plans at Aleph Alpha for 2025 and beyond.

We’re looking to hire a Talent Sourcer for a role that goes beyond simple sourcing. You will become a key contributor to Aleph Alpha’s talent acquisition engine by building high-quality pipelines and helping shape our growing sourcing function.

Source and engage candidates for technical/non-technical roles

Support market mapping efforts

Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify requirements and provide pipeline updates

Help document and optimize sourcing playbooks

Your profile

The ideal candidate:

Has proven experience in the technology industry, hiring for a variety of technical and non-technical roles (you will work on the roles in our Research, Product, Customer, and Operations departments)

Has previous experience in a startup, high-volume hiring setup, or unstructured environment

Proficient in Boolean Search and LinkedIn Recruiter, familiar with niche platforms

Able to craft compelling outreach messages and engaging recruiting pitch

Skilled in evaluating candidate competencies during initial screens, ensuring only high-potential candidates are advanced to the next stage

Has a passion for the research and mapping components of the Sourcing

Demonstrates basic stakeholder management and collaboration abilities

Has strong data ownership, able to track and report on own sourcing effectiveness

Fluent in English
