Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic and operational projects in a cross-functional environment
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic topics initiated by the Management Board
• Develop new business areas in close collaboration with operational teams
• Conduct independent, complex analyses and research
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying relevant KPIs and deriving actionable recommendations to support company growth

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, IT, fintech or a comparable field
• 2+ years of experience in strategy or business development, e.g. in consulting, financial services, or a start-up environment
• Strong analytical skills and a confident understanding of data and KPIs
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Resilient and confident personality, ideally with experience in a dynamic scale-up environment
• High level of motivation to actively shape and improve business operations
• Quick comprehension and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
