Your tasks

About the role

In this role, you will drive and implement best-in-class route-to-consumer (RTC) activities across DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) including project management as well as setting the right performance management metrics to deliver the highest execution standards to foster sales effectiveness.

You will further cover other strategic projects that are introduced to the market, manage diverse groups of partners in the respective markets, and ensure performance management excellence. This, while feeding into the capability agenda to drive lasting business transformation in DACH.

Although there is no direct P&L responsibility, we aim to influence growth opportunities across the full market P&L which include: improving the effectiveness of the RTC, delivering NSV upside via better outlet execution, improving the efficiency of the RTC by implementing coverage and call rate measures, and allowing re-investment behind the best growth drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Own business transformation projects from a commercial perspective, ensuring successful execution of our DACH strategic priorities.
• Lead project teams through great planning, organization, and communication to execution.
• Take care of projects with rigorous governance. Establish a clear and robust governance model to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between different parties, including Commercial, Procurement, Commercial Effectiveness, and DACH Leadership team
• Lead Change Management work on transformation projects.
• Engage partners across all levels to accomplish goals and metrics.
• Review test pilots, managing communication and blocking issues as needed.
• Identify and analyze AI databases, understanding the benefits of utilization.

About You

• Several years experience in a variety of roles including Sales, Transformation, Strategy and Project Management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team to align and coordinate internal resources.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to foster meaningful relations.
• Experience in delivering sophisticated projects from start to embedding it into business as usual.
• Ability to link strategy and detailed analysis into compelling and detailed arguments.
• Highly independent in thinking; identifying problems and finding solutions, with a creative and flexible mind.
• Proficient English. German a plus.
