As a Partner Success Manager (all genders) based in Berlin, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of our partner network – from contract signing through the initial onboarding processes. Your focus will be on communication and administration, while collaborating closely with our field sales team to ensure strong and lasting partnerships.
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or comparable qualification
Experience in Partner Management, Customer Success, Administration, or Sales Support
Strong communication skills across multiple channels (email, ticketing system, phone, video calls)
Accuracy and enthusiasm for structured data management within CRM systems, such as Google Suite, Salesforce and Zendesk
Initiative, accountability, and excellent organizational skills
Excellent German skills (C2 level) and solid English proficiency
Based in Berlin
