Your Role

• First point of contact for customer requests on the subjects of operation and maintenance
• Carrying out service missions (at customer’s site)
• Training the customers and users
• Providing technical support for the preparation of service offers
• Documenting service missions and maintenance operations

Your Skills

• Skilled worker or technician in electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Previous work experience in a similar position
• High level of competence in solving problems, service-oriented and friendly personality
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and in written)
