For the School Office of the TUM School of Management at our Munich campus, we are seeking to fill the following full-time position (part-time arrangements are possible) as soon as possible. The position is initially limited to two years with the possibility of an additional project-based extension:
Project Manager Digitalization and AI (m/f/d)
The “Digitalization and AI” unit is a newly established division within the School Office of the TUM School of Management. Its mission is to support the comprehensive integration of digitalization and artificial intelligence into research, teaching, and administration, helping position the School as a leading institution in this field. The position holder reports directly to the Managing Director of the School Office and has an additional functional reporting line to the Vice Dean Information Management, ensuring strategic alignment and knowledge transfer across all relevant areas. Close collaboration with TUM Central IT, the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre (LRZ), and strategic hyperscale partners is also planned to ensure efficient and secure implementation of digital solutions.

Developing and deploying learning and advisory systems
Optimising administrative processes
Organising trainings and workshops
