We are looking for full-time support for a period of three months, starting on January 1st, 2026, at our headquarters in Düsseldorf (on-site position, no remote work).

• Administrative and operational support for the Talent Management team in the area of Performance Management
• Taking ownership, especially regarding data management and quality assurance - ensuring accuracy and integrity of large datasets throughout all processes
• Extracting, processing, and managing large volumes of HR data
• System administration - working extensively with HR software platforms and managing backend processes
• User support - responding to inquiries and providing assistance with process-related questions

Diese Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen bringst du mit:

• You are a student in Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a comparable university/college program
• Structured and independent working approach
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and ideally, prior knowledge of Talentsoft
• Strong German language skills and intermediate English skills
