We are looking for an Inception Inception Startup Partner Manager - Manufacturing, Automotive, Physical AI to join NVIDIA Inception - a virtual accelerator that supports startups harnessing NVIDIA solutions for AI, data science, visual computing and more that specializes in Physical AI, Manufacturing and Automotive. This specialized technical business development role suits someone passionate about building partnerships with startups and helping them grow on NVIDIA platforms.

What you'll be doing:

In this position you will be responsible for developing the ecosystem while recruiting and nurturing some of the most exciting startups in EMEA. This person will report to the EMEA Director of NVIDIA's Startup Ecosystem and will work closely with a sizable cross-functional team within NVIDIA, including Developer Relations, Solutions Architects, Product Management, Sales and Marketing.

• Identify, engage and recruit the most relevant and promising startups in EMEA for Physical AI, Manufacturing and Automotive.
• Share Physical AI, Manufacturing and Automotive ecosystem trends and opportunities with the wider organization and involve key collaborators vital to be successful as one team
• Be the voice of NVIDIA Inception members and become a specialist in their needs and motivations. Develop a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, technical and business needs.
• Provide Inception members with content and tools to educate them on NVIDIA's solutions and platforms
• Develop and lead one-to-many HCLS activities like tailored workshops in order to drive adoption of NVIDIA solutions by Inception members.
• Collaborate directly with the VC ecosystem and assist their portfolio companies individually that specialize in Physical AI, Manufacturing and Automotive.
• Support sell-to and sell-with activities in alignment with NVIDIA sales, channel partners, startups and even end customers
• Route EMEA's most promising Physical AI, Manufacturing and Automotive startups to our HCLS Startup business units and identify who those are programmatically at scale.

Your profile

What we need to see:

• Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in related fields such as startup accelerators and incubators, executive or management positions at startups, platform ecosystem development at big technology companies, venture capital.
• Minimum of 5+ years within Physical AI, Manufacturing and Automotive roles with a preference for Physical AI, Manufacturing and Automotive roles serving startups.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• A strong affinity for technology and technical subjects in Physical AI, Manufacturing, Robotics and Automotive.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Personable, friendly, and enjoy interacting with lots of people. This role will work with partners, NVIDIA internal teams, and hundreds, if not thousands, of startups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. We are Inception's advocates in front of startups and other players in the ecosystem.
• Curious, creative, and constantly thinking about how to improve processes.
• Ability to be proactive and work with minimal direction.
• Good project management with excellent organizational skills.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally 10% of the time or less.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Have captured proven experience in AI concerning Physical AI, industrial production, and automotive fields .
• Already able to bring in a professional network of corporate and political decision makers and startups in the EMEA region for Physical AI, Manufacturing and Automotive.
• Worked at a top startup accelerator or Cloud provider running, building, and managing the startup community and portfolio companies.
• Validated capability to work in a collaborative, matrixed organization.
• Passion for understanding and owning metrics and analytics and have a natural. inclination to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of programs.
