Your Mission

  • Join the engineering arm of EOS – Additive Minds, guiding customers through their additive manufacturing journey with a global team of 100+ experts.
  • Apply your expertise in two or more Additive Minds steps: Business Case, Design, Process & Application Development, Qualification, Production & Post-Processing.
  • Independently manage machine operations for customer prototype builds and coordinate essential tasks.
  • Act as a technical thought leader, driving innovative technical solutions for customer applications and mentoring peers.
  • Lead and support AM production services, enablement projects, and application development, collaborating closely with sales teams.
  • Deliver customer trainings and workshops to accelerate AM adoption, reduce time-to-market, and strengthen customer success.

Your Talents

  • Degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience in mechanical/application engineering, sales support, or consultancy.
  • Proven expertise in metal and/or polymer additive manufacturing, with strong project management skills to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver, passionate about technology and proactive with a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits, conferences, and industry events.
