Der Standort Teltow entwickelt und fertigt elektronische Komponenten, die hauptsächlich auf der Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW)-Technologie basieren und umfasst Produktionsbereiche mit verschiedenen Reinraumklassen für den Frontend- (Wafer-Produktion) und Backend-Bereich (Montage). Zur Produktion gehören auch umfangreiche HF-Prüfgeräte.

Wir sind international in den Bereichen Mobilkommunikation, Industrieelektronik, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Verteidigung und Sensortechnik tätig.

You will also be involved in supporting the Process Engineering team in the field of maintenance, process control and analysis as well as the development of new wafer processing technologies.

• Unterstützung des Process Engineering-Teams und des Produktionsbetriebs in Bereichen wie Ertragssteigerung, Prozessentwicklung und -optimierung sowie Fehleranalyse.
• Ausgeprägtes technisches Interesse und Fähigkeiten in der Wartung und Reparatur von Fertigungsanlagen, mit der Bereitschaft, zunehmend Verantwortung für das Prozessmanagement zu übernehmen.
• Effektive Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um eine hohe Produktivität innerhalb der Verfahrenstechnik sicherzustellen.

The Teltow site develops and manufactures electronic components based mainly on Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) technology and includes production areas with different clean room classes for the front-end (wafer production) and back-end (assembly) areas. Production also includes extensive RF test equipment.

We are internationally active in the fields of mobile communications, industrial electronics, aerospace, defence and sensor technology.

Reporting to the Manager Process Engineering, you will be part of the Process Engineering team responsible for frontend processes of the Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) production line. As a Process Engineer, Frontend Process Engineering, you need the willingness to act on you own authority to support the production and to optimize and further develop processes.

More details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position:

• Responsibility for the photolithography processes of the SAW production line.
• Contribution to the requirements of new and optimized equipment, material specifications and related tooling.
• Support of the Process Engineering team and production operations in areas such as yield improvement, process development and optimization and failure analysis.
• Strong technical interest and skills in maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment, with a willingness to assume increasing responsibility for process management.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure high productivity within Process Engineering.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualificationen/Anforderungen

• Master-Abschluss in Chemie oder Ingenieurwesen (bevorzugt)
• Erfahrung mit Fotolithografie-Technologien
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Kompetenzen

• Erfahrung mit Frontend-Fertigungstechnologien
• Beherrschung von Prozessoptimierungstechniken
• Ausgeprägte technische und elektronische Kenntnisse zur Unterstützung von Fertigungsanlagen
