We are a young, fast-growing company based in Freising – the beer capital of Germany. Our mission is to further develop our digital marketplace that connects breweries directly with hop growers, suppliers, and other brewing partners around the world. Most of our customers are abroad, so international collaboration is at the heart of what we do.
Start date: as soon as possible.
- Take full responsibility for all operational areas – from purchasing coordination and logistics to office management, HR and process control
- Actively participate in the daily business and lead by example (our small team of five wonderful humans)
- Negotiate with suppliers and partners confidently and effectively
- Analyze and improve internal workflows, ensuring that processes are efficient, reliable, and scalable
- Organize and manage office operations at our Freising headquarters while maintaining an overview of all running projects
- Implement new structures and take responsibility for turning plans into real
- Represent the company in external meetings/Expos or “on-site” visits when required
- Supporting and managing key accounts as well as existing customer relationships
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or operational leadership role, ideally in wholesale, logistics, or supply chain
- Fluent in both English and German, skilled in communication and confident in negotiations
- A hands-on personality who enjoys taking ownership and driving things forward
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confident in working with ERP systems and modern office software.
