Administrative & Setup

Within the Global Client Care ecosystem, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our Client Care Services within the following regions: EMEA, Asia and Brazil. As Global Client Care Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be responsible for a variety of administrative, operational, and support tasks, ensuring data accuracy, process adherence, product launches.

• Manage and maintain master data for spare parts
• Set up new products and services in relevant systems
• Coordinate repair profile modifications, store opening and closing procedures within the system
• Grant and manage access to Power BI dashboards

Operational Execution

• Perform daily credit note validation and monthly invoice compensation to regional entities.
• Oversee and manage RMS (Repair Management System) translations.

Process & Support

• Prepare product launch: identify what is repairable, work on repair instructions, coordinate with supply chain spare parts needs and update system accordingly
• Process and implement warranty changes.
• Provide comprehensive backend support to regional teams.
• Offer ongoing support to franchises and external partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and changes.

Your profile

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, retail or Customer Services
• Proven ability to develop effective business relationships and work cross-functionally
• Ability to take ownership and work independently
• Client-oriented mindset paired with commitment to providing excellence and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Ease with data analysis and proficient with MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent English skills, German skills (B1) are beneficial
