ABOUT THE TEAM

IT-GRC protects Trade Republic’s most valuable asset efficiently against threats, frauds, and legal penalties. We enable Trade Republic to grow, compete and establish a trusted relationship with our customers. We strive for innovation while protecting and stabilising technologies, processes, structures and our data.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Run Trade Republic’s Information Risk Management
• Become the first point of contact and represent Information Risk Management to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and manage information risks across the company and report progress to management
• Closely align with the Risk department to ensure effective risk management company-wide
• Reliably collaborate and work with various stakeholders in an international, diverse and highly interdisciplinary performance-driven environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven track record of 2+ years of relevant professional experience in Information Risk Management in the banking industry, fintech or top-tier consulting/audit firm
• Project management and process management experience is essential
• Initial knowledge of regulatory requirements (DORA, MaRisk etc.) and relevant standards and frameworks (ISO/IEC 2700x, NIST, ITIL & BSI Grundschutz)
• Self starter with the ability to continuously learn and deliver in a fast-paced, ever changing environment of a industry-leading startup
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, German is a plus
