Your mission

• Überwachung und Analyse von Logistik-Kennzahlen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
• Erstellung wöchentlicher Reports, Forecasts und Soll-Ist-Analysen mit klaren Handlungsempfehlungen
• Unterstützung von Führungskräften durch datenbasierte Analysen für operative Entscheidungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams vor Ort und der Controlling-Abteilung in Berlin zur Prozessverbesserung
• Präsentation von Standort-Performance-Analysen an die Standortleitung

Your profile

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. BWL, Logistik, Controlling) mit mindestens einem Jahr Berufserfahrung
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2) und solide Englischkenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI)
• Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
• Hohe Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
