YOUR TASK - Share responsibility and lead innovation

• Lead indirectly a cross-disciplinary international team
• Take the lead in establishing a new product portfolio in one of the top tech topics: > semiconductors<.
• Develop and refine a solid understanding of the semiconductor process landscape
• Understand and transport specific customer requirements (interface management with R&D, Engineering, Sales, Service)
• Question the economic viability and decide accordingly which steps should be taken or not.
• Strategically monitoring the market; benchmarking as well as innovation management are important parts of your task
• The focus is on the entire product’s lifecycle as well as new developments.
• You´ll be at the forefront of innovation and stand in the spotlight- You´ll like it!

YOUR PROFILE - Bring your expertise and passion

• Degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent
• Industry experience a) several years of industry experience in the semiconductor capital equipment environment, with a big plus in the vacuum coating environment... or b) experience as a process engineer in the semiconductor frontend processes (FE) -experience in the PVD- Thin Film-Sputtering area is an advantage for you!
• Experience in indirect leadership or leadership skills
• You have the technical know-how to understand more and more the whole FE- process environment in semiconductor manufacturing chain
• Entrepreneur? That's what you are, too! That means, you also look at topics through an economic-business lens (business thinking).
• You are listener, and your own drive is to understand customer preferences and to transport them internally as closely as possible "1:1".
• You enjoy the challenge of operating at the interface between different disciplines, both at VA and with the customer.
• Communication skills at all levels, proactivity, and networking qualities complete your profile.
• absolute customer and solution orientation are indispensable.
• English and German at conversationally levels are a must.
• Openness to travel activity of up to 20%, possibly also in blocks.
