• You will document your results and prepare them according to the requirements.
• You will perform management and digitalization consultancy projects

• You will be part of a team developing digital strategies for different areas like Customer Experience, Business Inteligence and Digital Trend topics
• You will implement solutions in the area of digital transformation, including piloting of use cases, expansion of new digital models, as well as establishing innovation management
• You will perform strategic digitalization consultancy projects

Who you are

• Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Supply Change Management, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields
• Excellent analytical skills and structured conceptual & innovative thinking
• Self-starter with passion to become a hands-on expert in the required field
• Language skills: fluent English and German required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Determined to reach goals in time, ability to work independently and to prioritize
• Strong organizational skills and result-oriented
• Open-minded, quick learner interested in new topics. Proactively contributing ideas

Who you are

• At least three years of practical experience in the area of consulting or in a startup
• Ideally you have already gathered some experience in the area of digital transformation, digital products etc.
• Excellent analytical skills and structured conceptual & innovative thinking
• Professional experience in software integration projects (e.g. ERP, SCM, CRM solutions)
• The ability to think in solutions and keep the big picture in mind
• A strategic approach, strong presentation skills, and an international outlook
• Clear willingness & enthusiasm to travel
• Language skills: fluent English and German required
• Above-average degree in (Business) Engineering or (Business) Information Systems

Who you are

• Many years of professional experience in consulting,an industrial company or in a management role in a startup
• Long-term experience in the implementation of digital strategies and/or support of digital transformation projects
• Extensive understanding of digital technologies (IoT, AI, AR etc.) and their areas of application
• Project management experience in software integration projects (e.g. ERP, SCM, CRM solutions)
• Excellent analytical skills and structured conceptual & innovative thinking
• The ability to think in solutions and keep the big picture in mind
• A strategic approach, strong presentation skills, and an international outlook
• Clear willingness & enthusiasm to travel
• Language skills: fluent English and German required
• Above-average degree in (Business) Engineering or (Business) Information Systems, preferably MBA or doctorate
