WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Help drive Trade Republic’s most important strategic projects working directly with the executive team.
• Take new ideas from zero to one with stakeholders from across the organisation, ensuring success of company-wide initiatives and product launches.
• Play a vital role in driving strategic business decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier university with excellent grades.
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in start-ups, growth stage companies, banking, or consulting.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Ambition to build Europe’s number one bank, out of Berlin.
