Your tasks:

• Drive informed design decisions to deliver functional B2B products across all platforms.
• Lead design and user experience through the entire lifecycle — from research and prototyping to iterative testing.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of user-centered design processes and UX principles.
• Collaborate closely within your cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring great products to life.
• Conduct research and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to continuously improve our product and delight our users.

Your profile:

• 2+ years of experience working in product teams, with solid knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Figma.
• Hands-on product design experience, including prototyping and user testing.
• Proven experience operating in a highly cross-functional environment to bring products from concept to launch.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership — you identify problems and find innovative solutions through iteration and research.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus), with the ability to simplify complexity and align stakeholders across the organisation.
