We are seeking a talented GenAI Engineer to join our AI Enablement Team.

What to expect:

As part of this team, you won’t just build AI solutions - you’ll empower others to do the same. You’ll coach developers on best practices (e.g. in prompt engineering), help product teams identify AI opportunities, and co-create templates that make AI adoption frictionless across Eventim. You will help drive AI adoption by transforming ideas into practical, scalable solutions and by sharing your expertise to raise awareness and understanding of AI capabilities across the organization.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for generative AI solutions such as LLM-based tools, RAG workflows, and MCP servers.
• Design, prototype, and develop AI applications using Python and generative AI frameworks.
• Work alongside existing development teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into business processes.
• Advocate for best practices in generative AI, promoting knowledge sharing and awareness across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Support scaling and deployment of AI solutions to ensure reliability and performance.

What you’ll need:

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, DSPy, LangGraph, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Expertise in all levels of agentic tech stacks (Deployment, Evaluation, LLMs, Frameworks, VectorDB, Embedding, Data Extraction and Memory) is highly desired.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and MCP.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
