This role is ideal for someone with strong functional knowledge of Markets & Trading, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to propose innovative, strategically aligned solutions across CIB initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Solution Architect, you will:Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand functional requirements and propose effective solution optionsSupport the design of client-facing digital channels, including portals and APIsEnsure solution alignment across CIB domains such as Markets & Trading, Payments, and Trade FinanceProduce high-level designs (HLDs) and integration modelsClearly communicate architectural decisions to global, cross-functional teamsEnsure compliance with identity, access management, integration/API standards, and security protocolsSupport delivery teams while maintaining alignment with Enterprise Architecture and Client Centricity roadmapsKey RequirementsProven experience as a Solution Architect within a Corporate & Investment Banking environmentStrong functional knowledge of Markets & TradingExperience producing high-level solution designs (HLDs)Solid understanding of identity and access management standardsStrong collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teamsFluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)Architecture or CIB-related certificationsExperience with client onboarding and KYC processesOur PeopleThe ideal consultants will share our values and be aligned with our ways of working.
