Your new role

With enthusiasm for conversational AI, you will test a scalable multi-tenant platform that opens up access to cutting-edge LLM technologies and brings companies closer to the future of communication.

The work you‘ll do

• You will plan, manage, and carry out tests independently.
• You will play a central role in the development of test automation (UI & API).
• You will participate in setting up and maintaining our test environments.
• You will select suitable test frameworks and methods in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
• In close cooperation with the development and AI teams, you will analyze error messages and help identify the causes.

The qualifications you need

• You have experience in test automation for web technologies.
• You have in-depth knowledge of modern web technologies.
• You have good programming skills in common automation languages (Node.js or Python).
• You enjoy working in an agile team, communicate clearly, and act in a structured and solution-oriented manner in complex situations.
• You are interested in innovative technologies in the field of AI and conversational AI.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with DevOps tools and processes (e.g., CI/CD, containers).
