Ihre Aufgaben

• Managing and overseeing all activities on the assigned construction site to ensure execution is on time, within budget, and as per contractual requirements
• Acting as the primary interface to the customer on all contractual matters and maintaining professional relationships with local authorities
• Fostering a safety-first culture by ensuring strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plans and regulations by all personnel
• Driving site activities to achieve contractual milestones and managing workforce requirements effectively
• Handling change management on-site, including the preparation and negotiation of variation orders to subcontractors
• Ensuring that all activities meet quality standards and that all relevant records are created and archived accurately
• Managing the site budget and ensuring that costs remain within the defined project limits

Unsere Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering
• Multiple years of professional experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager, specifically on large-scale construction sites in the energy sector or similar industries
• Sound commercial awareness, experience in contract management, and strong business acumen
• Relevant knowledge and certified experience in the field of HSE
• Full fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Structured and organized approach with excellent leadership, communication, and customer interface skills
• Possession of a valid driving license
