Senior Vehicle AI Architect (f/m/x)

Qualifikationen

What should you bring along?

- Master's or Ph.D. in CS, AI, ML, Data Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI/data architecture. Automotive E/E architecture and AI vehicle app experience is a plus.

- Strong experience with vehicle AI architectures and implementation of Small Language Models, Vision Language Models, or autonomous driving models.

- Knowledge of multi-agent systems orchestration, multi-turn dialogues, and related open standards (e.g., A2A, MCP).

- Experience with AI training toolchains and workflows including pruning, fine-tuning, and multimodal encoding.

- Familiarity with open-source AI frameworks (LiteRT LM, ONNX GenAI, ExecuTorch, Llama-Stack) and comparison to proprietary frameworks. Skilled in Rust, C++, Kotlin, and API technologies.

- Profound understanding of AI models executed on hardware accelerators, with a focus on low-level software on Neural Processing Units (NPUs).

- Leadership experience in agile teams, strong communication skills, independent working style, very good English language skills. German is a plus.
