Tenant satisfaction drives every part of our organization. This also includes our Client Accounting department, where we deliver accurate, transparent, and high-quality reporting to both tenants and institutional investors.

Tasks

  • Working side-by-side with the Junior Assistant on daily accounting, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Providing content direction, ensuring accuracy and consistency, while remaining fully hands-on yourself.
  • Supporting the CFO in shaping an efficient and transparent division of work within the accounting processes.
  • Setting up and maintaining automated monthly tenant invoicing.
  • Monitoring the automated processing and approval flows of scanned purchase invoices.
  • Preparing annual budgets per property or complex.
  • Producing accurate internal and client reporting, including:
  • Property overviews
  • Preparing service charge reconciliations
  • Managing debtor control
  • Executing annual indexations
  • Tenant & tenancy agreement summaries
  • Monthly financial performance (rental income, operational costs)
  • Budget vs. actual analyses
  • Security deposit reports
  • Client-specific or ad hoc reporting
  • Improving digital workflows and accounting processes.
  • Identifying opportunities for system integrations or new software.
  • Contributing to the ongoing professionalization of our operational infrastructure as the organization scales.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
  • High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • 3+ years of experience in property management, real estate accounting, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with property management or accounting software.
  • Basic understanding of lease agreements, service charge structures, and property regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Service-minded with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborative but also capable of working independently.
  • Structured, detail-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-scaling organization.
