Edwards pioneered Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), transforming patient care by offering a minimally invasive alternative to open‑heart surgery. Today, our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) team continues this journey — collaborating with cardiologists and clinical teams to help patients live longer and healthier lives.

Ihre Aufgaben

How You Will Make an Impact

In this strategic and hands‑on role, you will elevate Edwards’ market presence throughout Germany by developing and executing impactful, data‑driven marketing strategies. You will:

  • Develop, implement, and measure country‑specific marketing campaigns aligned with regional messaging and clinical evidence
  • Ensure a multichannel execution, including field team activation, events, KOL engagement, media, and digital communication
  • Equip and empower field teams through training, presentations, and ongoing campaign support
  • Join field teams in customer meetings to ensure confident and consistent message delivery
  • Analyze leading and lagging indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track impact and inform future strategy
  • Lead the logistics and planning of internal and external meetings, events, and workshops
  • Support ad hoc requests, insights generation, and cross‑functional marketing initiatives

Ihr Profil

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales enablement, or customer engagement within the Medical Devices or Healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with Cardiology and Structural Heart Disease is an advantage

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience leading product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Strong ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across diverse functions
  • Proven track record of achieving objectives in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • An innovative, curiosity‑driven mindset and passion for challenging the status quo
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Germany
  • Foundational understanding of clinical environments, hospital workflows, and reimbursement policies
