This is a hands-on role for someone who can onboard quickly, understand complex technical products, and elevate key developer journeys.Our requirements5+ years of experience as a Product / UX / UI Designer (SaaS or developer tools preferred),Strong expertise in design systems, interaction design, and UI craft,High fluency in Figma (ability to produce multiple solution variants quickly),Experience working closely with engineering teams (Jira or similar tools),Ability to operate autonomously, prioritise effectively, and deliver in ambiguous environments,Experience using product analytics (e.g. Mixpanel) to inform design decisions,Ability to interpret usage data and logs (e.g. ElasticSearch dashboards) to identify UX gaps,Strong understanding of technical constraints and translating them into usable interfaces,English at least C1 level.
