Proven experience as a Performance Engineer or in a similar role, Strong understanding of application architecture and performance optimization techniques, Hands-on experience with performance testing methodologies and tools (e.g. JMeter), Experience with application performance monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. AppDynamics), Practical experience in monitoring and optimizing WebLogic-based applications, Familiarity with web server configuration and tuning, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, Experience with Temenos Core Banking will be considered an advantage
