Requirements:4–7 years of experience in project management and organizational change management, ideally within technology-enabled transformations.Proven PM toolkit (planning, dependencies, risk/issues, governance) and familiarity with Agile ways of working.Practical experience across HR / people domains (process analysis, workforce & skills, employee experience, or HR operating model).Proficiency with BPMN and exposure to HR platforms (ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, Workday or similar).Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement techniques.Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills - comfortable engaging senior audiences.Languages: Excellent English (C1), Italian (C1).Professional certifications are a plus: PRINCE2 / PMP / Agile (PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe) and Change (PROSCI/ACMP); Lean Six Sigma or Business Analysis welcome.Willingness to travel (up to 20%, depending on project needs).Project description:We are looking for a Senior HR Project Manager with Italian who blends project management discipline with human-centered change expertise. This person will be collaborating with international clients to deliver complex transformations - often technology-enabled - spanning HR, operating model and process change, workforce and skills, culture and leadership, and adoption at scale.Main responsibilities:Lead and deliver project workstreams end-to-end (scope, plan, RAID, budget, quality), ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes.Shape change strategies tailored to the client context (impact & readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, change plans, adoption KPIs).Run stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to bring employee voice into the design.Design fit-for-purpose communications and training (enablement plans, learning journeys, coaching, super-user networks).Stand up or strengthen PMO capabilities, governance, and reporting; apply Agile or hybrid delivery where it adds value.Drive HR transformation initiatives (operating model, service delivery, HR process optimization), including HR platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).Apply process improvement methods (Lean / Six Sigma, BPMN documentation) to boost efficiency and experience.Track and report adoption and benefits, recommend course-corrections, and embed continuous improvement.Prepare compelling proposals and thought leadership; build trusted relationships with client leaders.Nice to have:Experience in consulting and/or large-scale, multi-country programs.Sector background in financial services and/or public sector.Hands-on with MS Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA/Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI
