It has empowered clubs and agents to facilitate over 6000 transfers since its launch in 2017.💻 How We WorkWe work in cross-functional squads, made up of full-stack engineers, product managers, designers, analysts, and automated QAs. Together, these squads own a key area of our platform — from club tools and agent products to core infrastructure and data services.We believe the best work happens when teams are empowered to make decisions, collaborate openly, and ship fast. Our squads are lean and can develop and deploy their products end-to-end autonomously. Our engineers pair program, do code reviews, and iterate quickly to keep learning and improving.We practice Scrumban and deploy new features to our customers every two weeks or sooner.🏟️ Locations & Flexible WorkingOur main office is at Bankside, London with additional tech teams in Poland and Ukraine.Our office is naturally social, especially Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, when we have regular team drinks, celebrations and five-a-side football.🎯 What You'll Be Working OnAs a backend engineer, you’ll help design and build reliable, scalable systems that power a platform trusted by hundreds of clubs worldwide. Some of the technologies you’ll work with include:C# & .NET for our core servicesReact & React Native for our front-end and mobile appsSQL Server, MongoDB & Databricks for data storage, data processing and cachingAI & ML for rapidly creating the next generation of innovative productsAzure to run and scale our servicesREST APIs that connect it allWe hire for potential and mindset, not just a checklist of skills — so you don’t need to have used all these before.
