BS degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering required. Post-graduate technical degree desired., Strong knowledge of power electronics and MW-scale converter/inverter systems, Deep understanding of control theory applied to power converters (current, voltage, power, and DC-link control), Proven experience with grid-connected converters, including grid-following and grid-forming control concepts, Solid background in small-signal modeling, state-space analysis, and frequency-domain stability methods, Experience with impedance-based stability analysis and interaction with weak grids, Hands-on skills in model-based design using MATLAB/Simulink, Knowledge of digital control implementation, including sampling, delays, discretization, and real-time constraints, Familiarity with modulation techniques (PWM, SVM, multilevel modulation), Understanding of grid codes and standards (LVRT/HVRT, reactive power, fault behavior), Experience with SIL, HIL, and PHIL validation and system-level testing, Ability to define converter/inverter topology, control methods, and system integration approaches, Greater than 5 years in related field required, including post-graduate experience.
